Patrick (Licence No. 1296, Insurance Accreditation No. 0030) is responsible for all pest control operations carried out by Austrapest. He holds all 41 units of Competency against the National Pest Management Competency Standards (note that only 3 units are required to achieve a NSW workcover administered pest managers licence). Patrick is an Australian Environmental Pest Manager's Association (AEPMA) accredited Timber Pest Specialist and is PestCert accredited. He is also a horticulturist, tree surgeon, fitter and turner, and a pest and weed control consultant. He holds Certificate 3 and 4 in pest management workplace training and assessment. Patrick is also an Industry Training and Advisory Board (ITAB) member. Patrick is currently the NSW/ACT State Councillor and Chairman for the AEPMA, as well as the AEPMA NSW/ACT National Director. He also serves on the NSW Pest Control Licencing Board. Patrick has over 30 years of experience in the pest control industry. Apart from pest control, Patrick enjoys cooking, rock 'n' roll dancing and spending time with his family.

Annmaree is responsible for office management, administration and marketing. She holds a Bachelor of Social Studies from the University of Sydney and Cert IV in Small Business Management. She is also a pest control consultant and has 25 years of experience in the pest control industry. In her spare time, Annmaree enjoys dancing, sewing and skiing.

Adam (Licence No. 1025, Insurance Accreditation No. 1821) holds Certificate 3, including Units 8 and 10, in Timber Pest Management and Inspection work. Adam is an AEPMA accredited Timber Pest Specialist and is PestCert accredited. He also holds an Advanced Diploma in Wood Products Management from Melbourne University. Adam is a fully qualified pest control consultant and has been working at Austrapest for over 12 years. When he's not working, Adam enjoys rock climbing, four-wheel driving and spending time with his family and young baby.

Michael (Licence No. 1988, Insurance Accreditation No. 0031) holds Certificate 3, including Units 8 and 10, in Timber Pest Management and Inspection work. Michael is an AEPMA accredited Timber Pest Specialist and is PestCert accredited. He is a fully qualified pest control consultant and has been working with Austrapest for over 14 years. In his spare time, Michael enjoys bushwalking, rock climbing and spending time with his young family.

Kate has been with Austrapest for over 3 years helping Annmaree in the office. She might be the first voice you hear when you ring Austrapest. When she's not working or studying for her honours degree in Psychology, you'll find her snowboarding, attending concerts and spending time with her friends.
