The pests encountered in buildings may have a potential to spread, or are a vector of disease such as cockroaches, rats and birds, which can cause unnecessary aggravations or grief to the occupants of the property. Some pests may cause structural and therefore financial damage to the owner of the property, such as termites and borers. Other pests can be a real nuisance, including bed bugs, bird mites, ants and fleas, or may even be dangerous, such as spiders and wasps.
Inspections and Management of active infestations at early stages is vital to protect client’s valuable property assets. Our Inspections are carried out in accordance to the new Code of Practice for Prior to Purchase Timber Pest Inspections and Australian Standard 4349.3 - 2010.
